Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin is one of the deliveries of the Monster Hunter videogame series. The game was developed and published by Capcom for the Nintendo Switch console. It is the sequel to Monster Hunter Stories and was released in July 2021.
Capcom revealed only a few weeks ago that Monster Hunter Rise is scheduled to get to PC at the beginning of 2022. The game, which was launched earlier this year in Nintendo Switch, has been a great success for the Japanese Game Editor during the course 2021, but as a result of the announcement of the release date of your PC, many fans began requesting new functions for the title. Namely, a series of monster Hunter Rise players expected that the functions of cross-guard and cross-game will end up appearing between the switch and PC versions of the game. Unfortunately, Capcom has now revealed that you will not add any of these functions even though you are looking to do it.
Disconnected in social networks this afternoon, Capcom informed fans that monster Hunter Rise on PC will not be able to interact with the game that currently exists in Nintendo Switch at this time. «We have heard your requests for Cross-Save / Cross-Play for Monster Hunter Rise and Sunbreak, but unfortunately, after analyzing it throughout the development process, we discover that this time we can not implement it, the company revealed. As always, we appreciate your support and continuous comments «.

In a general sense, many fans felt torn by this new Capcom ad. While some were simply happy to listen to the company addressing the requests for cross-guard and cross-game at monster Hunter Rise in any case, others seemed to think that Capcom simply did not strive enough for the different versions to work with each other. After all, there are several games in Nintendo Switch at this very moment that contain cross-game and cross-stored functions with other PC titles. With this in mind, what potentially prevented that Capcom could do the same?
Regardless of the reason, several fans of Monster Hunter are still happy to see Subir will reach PC next year in any way. Specifically, the title is scheduled to launch on January 12, 2022, but it is scheduled to launch a new demonstration in Steam at the end of this week, on October 13.
